রবিবার মাগরিবের নামাজের পূর্বে মতিঝিলে হেফাজতের মহাসমাবেশে তিনি এ হুঁশিয়ারি দেন।
তিনি বলেন, এ সরকারের যদি বঙ্গোপসাগরের সমান রক্তের প্রয়োজন হয়, দ্বীনের হেফাজতে আমরা তার চেয়েও বেশি রক্ত দিতে প্রস্তুত। রক্ত দিয়ে আল্লাহর দ্বীন কায়েম করবো ইনশাআল্লাহ।
মুফতি ফয়জুল্লাহ বলেন, আলেমদের পাখির মতো গুলি করে হত্যা করা হয়েছে। আমরা এ রক্তের প্রতিশোধ না নিয়ে ঘরে ফিরে যাবো না।
মসজিদের নগরী ঢাকায় মুসলমানদের রক্তে রঞ্জিত করা হয়েছে উল্লেখ করে তিনি বলেন, আমাদের ইতিহাস, রক্ত দেয়ার ইতিহাস। আমরা যুগে যুগে রক্ত দিয়েছি।
The Awamis and its associates framed to defame the image of Hefazat-e-Islam a long time ago. The Awamis and its associates first allowed to come to Dhaka and let them move in Dhaka. By this time the armed Chatra League and Chatra Dal attacked them under the coverage of the Police, RAB and BGF who acted like watchers. They were inactive. The Awami-party members, Chatra League and Chatra Dal attacked various shops, spread kerocene/ petrol and made them in flame. They were mixed with the Hefazat members with Muslami dresses so that the members of Hefazat might be easily blamed. This plan was originally figured out the Indian agents (RAW) stationed in Dhaka. Because the members of Hefazat did not take guard against those who entered in the Hefazat movement. Who burnt those Holy Quran ? They are the Agents of India, RAW working in Dhaka and other parts of Bangladesh. If you analyze every scene and activity of the Awami part and its associates, whatever activity was done, was pre-planned, you will find out that the Awamis and its associates did all the activities clear and cool head. They waited for the time and took the chance. They killed all of the innocent persons and blamed the members of Hefazat.

8. The activities of the Jonoter Moncho members should be counted. They were ready to stab the members of Hafazat.
9. The Nastik members are very active to take revenge against the Hafazat.
10. The Hefazat members made several mistakes- giving challenge to the Awamis, big-bigheartedness of the Hafazat.
11. All the media - TV, Press and so-called educated journalists (nastik) supported wholeheartedly the Awamis and its associates.
12. Local administrative (awami) authorities helped the awamis and its associates.
